NSFVR is a directory and matchmaking platform. We provide the means for organisers to search for vendors and make contact, and for vendors to list their business, availability, food and drink offering, photos and documents. We are not a party to any booking, contract or payment made between an organiser and a vendor.

You must provide accurate information when you register and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and, where you act on behalf of a business, authorised to do so.

Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their listing, including their food hygiene rating, gas and electrical safety certificates, insurance, availability and travel range. You must hold and maintain all certificates, licences and insurance required to trade legally, and upload genuine, current documents. We may display a food hygiene rating or an “awaiting inspection” status based on the information you provide. Listing on NSFVR is not an endorsement or a guarantee of any vendor by us.

Organisers are responsible for carrying out their own checks before booking a vendor, including confirming certificates, insurance and suitability for the event. Any agreement for a vendor to attend an event is made directly between the organiser and the vendor.

Some features require a paid subscription. Prices and plan details are shown on our pricing page and are charged through our secure payment provider. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled, and you can manage or cancel your plan from your dashboard.

We may issue promotional codes that grant free access for a period, or a percentage discount off a subscription. Codes are subject to any limits, expiry dates and conditions we set, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn at any time. Free-access codes are applied in your vendor dashboard; percentage discount codes are entered on the secure payment page when you subscribe.

You agree not to misuse the site, upload unlawful, misleading or offensive content, infringe anyone’s rights, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service. We may suspend or remove accounts or content that breach these terms.

You keep ownership of the content you upload but grant us a licence to display and use it for the purpose of operating and promoting the register. All other content and branding on the site belongs to NSFVR or its licensors.

The site is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from dealings between organisers and vendors, from reliance on any listing, or from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences, and we ask for your consent before setting any optional cookies. We handle personal data in line with UK data protection law. You can change your cookie choice at any time by clearing your browser storage for this site.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will change the “last updated” date above when we do, and significant changes may be highlighted on the site.
